Baritone saxophonist Kira Linn's sextet introduces the listener to the tonal possibilities of a rhythm section paired with the concentrated power of three saxophones. 

The Linntett released their debut CD "Nature" in 2017 on Double Moon Records in the Jazzthing Next Generation series. For this CD, selected images of nature were translated into compositions by the bandleader. In October 2019, the band recorded their new album, for which Kira composed pieces that are inspired by travel, cities and people and are not only tailored to the Linntett's musicians, but also feature Jorge Rossy and Domenic Landolf as soloists.
